Barnaud, Nicholas (sixteenth century)
A sixteenth-century physician who claimed to have discovered
the philosophers stone. He published many short treatises
on the subject of alchemy, which are contained in the
third volume of the Theatrum Chimicum of Zetzner, published
at Strasbourg in 1659.
