Chi

"Essence, chi, and spirit are the three jewels of life" - book of changes and the unchanging truth - master Ni Hua Ching.  Chi is the Chinese word for breath.  On the physical level, it is the raw air that we breathe.  This air is transformed with nutrients and minerals to make our blood, bones and flesh.  In turn, our lower level organs, glands, kidneys, liver, and heart send this energy up to our brain, creating our thoughts, dreams, and emotions.  These emotions are what make things happen in our lives.  Chi is the glue between our body, mind, and spirit.  Understanding Chi and how to use it and the energies around it will change your life.
