Human Potential Resources, Inc. (HPR)
Organization founded by Michael Lach in July 1986 to publish
a networking catalog of the New Age movement titled
Choices and Connections, the first issue of which appeared in
1987. This large publication presented some 2,400 alternative
lifestyle items in 60 categories, covering everything from solarpowered
equipment to Eastern philosophy. Lach claimed that
there was a real demand for information on New Age philosophies
and products, stressing the need for personal development
and commitment to global peace. Current address unavailable.
