Martin, Dorothy R(andolph) (1912– )
Associate professor of psychology with special interest in
parapsychology. She was born on April 19, 1912, in Denver,
Colorado. She studied at the University of Colorado, Boulder,
from which she received three degrees (B.A., 1934; M.A., 1936;
Ph.D., 1947). She joined the faculty in psychology at the university
even prior to completing her doctorate and stayed there
through her career.
She was a charter associate of the Parapsychological Association
and the author of a variety of articles on parapsychology.
